Bare Feet
We don’t really think about the purpose of shoes. All we really ever placate, is WHAT shoe to wear.
Have you ever thought about WHY we wear shoes? Why were shoes even created? The simple answer is shoes were created to PROTECT and COVER the feet. And thus, we have different types of shoes, purposed by design, for specific purposes.
Work shoes and work boots protect the feet from the dangers of heavy machinery and equipment potentially falling on the foot, and possibly resulting in broken bones.

Recently, I attended a semi-formal gathering in which I couldn’t help but notice the plethora of shoes at the event. From formal gem-encrusted shoes to athletic kicks.
An array of colors adorned the dance floor and probably not a thought further was given to shoes or the feet at the event; no more than the decision made by each, that day, as to which shoe they would wear.

You see, no one could have known that The Lord was going to send some to that event that were seeking Him. They were truly in search of the Savior.
1 Timothy 4:2 - Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
And so, because this was a gathering of believers, true Saints, those that came in search of The Savior found Him in those that had their Barefeet protected and covered with the shoes of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
God bless you and your beautiful feet that preach the gospel!!!
